Hi I’m so sorry it took me so long to write a blog post! We have been so insanely busy we can’t seem to catch our breath.
We signed back with the Nexen Heroes, and very excited to return to Seoul! This is the first time in 5 years we will be going to the same team! This is also the earliest we have signed back in November. It feels so good to know exactly where we are headed and to have that job security for next season.
Honestly it’s amazing Jake is still playing... so many from his draft year are not playing, and we don’t take it for granted one second.. We actually have spring training in Arizona this year which is so exciting! They just got this changed in August from Japan which families aren’t able to go so it gives my kids and I 5 extra weeks with daddy. This is such a blessing! We will be in Surprise where we were all those year with the Rangers, and then Tucson. Jake will leave for Korea Around March 8. The kids and I will come home for a bit and when we leave is TBD... Stella is thriving at home right now, and this is our shortest off season. As excited as we are it is always hard leaving. We are trying to slow down and enjoy our time with family and friends.
